«I started the project when I was 16 years old noticing more and more learning programs and trainings in Kazakhstan. I saw black and white leaflets about trainings; I saw websites at a quite basic level and how trainings were held. Then I realized that in Kazakhstan seminars and trainings need to be conducted on a higher level.

22 August 2013, we organized our first workshop on a free basis. Then we began to gather professionals on one stage with us and we taught people at an advanced level in comparison with payed workshops.

I want to share with you mechanisms that will allow you to make a huge step forward and upward, I want to show what you can obtain from us for free in order to learn further from the best ones. We have collected skills, techniques and knowledges for you to achieve what you want.»

Our mission is giving people an opportunity to develop themselves and work harder and more effective by participating in charity work.

I'm actually involved in the project from the very beginning. There were moments when I participated as a speaker, and it was cool, but now I'm completely gone into the internal project management. I understand that this project, in some measure , is a projection of my beliefs . So I really believe, that we can help for thousands of people, and I will do my best to make it happen.
